As of June 30, 2018, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was: 746,468,489.

Investors fell for the O/S reduction Dwyer put out not knowing he had already put almost 200 million back in of the 350 million reduction. Dwyer isn't done, that's how he makes his money, issues shares at .0001 to his partners, they dump them and split the profits. It's in the reports, his buddy Rick Houraney got another 185 million this last quarter to add to the 100+ million he got the 2nd qtr plus all the shares since this scam started. Selling 100's of millions of shares at .005 to .10 like they've been doing is serious money when you have .0001 in them.
