So we should just assume?

Assume what? No need to assume anything. SS was not a test for PP. SS was a test for PE only! This isn't rocket science.

The hypocrisy here is incredible. This comes from a person who claimed to prescribe V for PP (with multiple risks). So it's ok for you to ASSUME but not ok for 'us' to ASSUME.

Cardio - you stated:

I started taking Vascepa myself and also recommended it for my mother.

I take it that you didn't have a CV event, therefore you are taking it for primary prevention for YOURSELF. What happened to what's good for the goose is good for the gander?

Are you the same person who said:

Yes vascepa failed to show statistically significant benefits in primary prevention. That is a fact. They need to run another primary prevention trial to prove it.

Why aren't you waiting for another 'primary prevention trial to prove it'.

Cardio, Dr. Bhatt disagrees with you. Who do you think is more respected, you or Dr. Bhatt, among their peers?

A very nice story about Dr. Bhatt and how he treated his patients:

I hope your patients would be treated as well as Dr. Bhatt's patients.
