The stop sign removal isn’t the big news. Only longs will notice the stop sign coming down.. it’s all about the PR‘s that come afterwards that will have a dramatic affect. The stop sign is just a hurdle that is currently limiting buyers, thats all

Momo traders don’t chase stocks after they have ran up big, they love bottoms/reversals... but for them to NOTICE the chart, you need big news which draw their interest, which we have coming
