Chanbond didn't create the patents - they are non-practicing entities - patent trolls.

Patent trolls are bottom feeders that don't contribute anything to society.

The courts especially in Delaware have been crushing patent trolls - and the Supreme Court has dealt the patent trolls several legal beat downs in recent years.
