Here's the most crucial part of the Press Release:

“A financing collateralizing US cannabis assets is extremely rare; the fact that we were able to accomplish an asset-backed financing at our relatively early stage of existence is very encouraging and speaks to the Lender’s high confidence in the potential of our Company. It is our expectation that we will achieve both positive cash flow and profitability in the first half of 2020."

Does everyone have any concept how amazing it will be for a young Cannabis company to be cash flow positive at this early stage? There are companies twenty times the size of NGW that have been operating for ten times as long which are not cash-flow positive.

Obviously, the fact that HGW was able to attain financing is an amazing accomplishment and speaks volumes about the confidence placed in the company by lenders.

If I were you guys believing what you do--for god sake get out of the stock it's not worth the heart ache. Some stocks you take a loss hopefully others to take a gain. I believe my half million shares at .152 Will make me money it may not but I do like the honesty of the company. I believe Mike is one of the best growers there is, best president maybe not but still it's a start up the loans are for two years and people loaning the money also know there a start up so loans to be expensive. If they're harvesting what they claim to harvest, if they sell the seedlings that they can, and if they start to sell the extracts soon they will have three sources of income to pay their bills pay off loans and start to put some money aside for the big Grow house which if I were them I would not start until it's clear pot will be legal and legislation will be taking place to curb illegal growers. If one or both of those happened I would announce the building of the big Grow house the next day. Most companies fail by trying to do too much too fast I see them on a nice steady course. But I could be all wrong and lose all my money.
