That, is when I began to honestly try to tell everyone that your eventual "Equity Class" returns, ... were 100% Class Specific', ... and designated by the Tracking Markers Placed In Your Account', NOT Determined by any magical bucket split' promotions' ...
Again, Fair & Reasonable Distribution Returns were always' Class Specific to What you had actually owned, and what you had released and received your "Tracking Markers" for' ...
... I don't know the dollar numbers or the amounts per class' ... I only have general considerations and opinions on the dollar amounts of return' ...
What I Do KNOW Though, Is That Your Eminent Fair and Reasonable Returns ARE NOT Controlled or Managed by the WMI-LT, ... I Know That The WMI-LT CAN NOT Cancel any Equity Class Cusips' ... and that The WMI Bankruptcy Cases NEED TO BE Closed' ...
