We are supposed to be getting negotiated debt reduction at friendlier terms. That does not mean putting 6 Bay in more shares out.

If shares are sold at the current prices yes.

But if they are sold at say .01, 02 and up the shares would be incredibly smaller to accomplish what the company wants to accomplish.
