We first got escrow but then very soon (but not immediately) got a dollar priced LTI amount for the shares of PIERS

As I recall - as explained to us by the LTC - they did not assign a dollar value and true LTI until they felt they could pay (all or most of) it

We got paid the full amount (which was a % of PAR )
