Sounds like? LMAO! Do you realize that’s physically impossible given that the OS is maxed to the AS. This board has literally discussed this topic to the point of exhaustion about dilution/ reverse split/ vote on AS raise/ insider selling.... none of what has been speculated is true. None of it.

Show me a form 4. Show me where it says in my proxy to vote on an AS increase. No vote to raise the AS. No form 4. There’s no dilution. Maybe a little delusion in this room, but definitely no dilution.
