#20115 RE: sk8er #20113

I think that having the Alaskan government taking a position in NAK is a great idea. Northern Dynasty would need to be in charge of developing the Pebble mine, but Alaska itself would share directly in the profits.

Looking into it, I haven't been able to tell if it could be legally done as part of the permanent fund, but if the Alaska government could become a partner, just like other governments become joint venture partners in mines, it would benefit ALL ALASKAN's.

The FACTS show that Pebble would help the Bristol Bay area, specifically THE SALMON, as well as the residents. it WOULD NOT BE HARMFUL TO BRISTOL BAY. ALL the arguments put forth by the anti-Pebble groups have been shown to be DELIBERATE LIES.

Since you are an Alaskan resident, could you contact your representatives about the positive aspects of forming a joint venture with Northern Dynasty?

I'm from Texas. It might not mean much if I contacted them.

Once again, you have a great idea. Thanks!
