LTHO Corporate structure

Legacy Technology Holdings Inc (LTHO:OTC) is a publicly traded company on the Over the Counter trading. Under this parent company LTHO will be setting up 3 companies that will be mostly owned and controlled by LTHO. Each subsidiary will have its own share structure that will be controlled by LTHO but will also have shares in the subsidiaries that can be used by LTHO to give management and investment groups targeted interest in a particular subsidiary company that is their primary interest.

These Subsidiaries are:

-Farming group: this company will focus on providing the bio-mass of the quality necessary for the extraction company.

-Extraction Company: Pure Spectrum Systems Inc will focus on providing the extraction of the hemp from the bio-mass and then providing extracts for our retail company as well as extracts and distillates that other wholesale customers may request.

-Retail Hemp and Health company: This company would provide several retail products direct to the retail market as well as custom products to the wholesale market.
