That's not correct at all, they can and will cancel our Escrow Cusips because there will be no further shares of COOP to distribute.

What they cannot cancel is our EQUITY INTEREST stake in any returning WMI/WMIIC assets. You are conflating two separate items.


Btw...What happens if the bankruptcies are closed and nothing is found or distributed???
