One never knows, But to be completely honest, I really dont know. Been a lot of speculation going around, some think a merger, some think selling of company or product line, some think they are wanting actually contract out stuff (as all do) and produce and sell it themselves.

Its really hard to guess what is going on, cause there is no information flowing out of company as far as we know, besides what has been posted on this board.

I am hoping that the clinical trial have ended or are nearing end, and the product has been successful, if not 100% effective or if clinical trials are not 100% over i am hoping they are nearing completion with favorable results.

I have spent countless hours and late nights trying to uncover something and have not been able to.

The Valuation issue Appears to be a legitimate holdup for some reason, I cannot figure out why anything would take this long to put a monitary value on.
