It may have been poorly structured sentence by SoS , but Flipper was implying os that how does SoS know it was delayed till Nov ? It couple have been completed in Sept . 10q was giving updates for the whole quarter . They didn’t specify when SAP was completed .

Wonder if regulators will look at it that way. Probably not.

BTW, we've been in the "final stages" for years, you have no idea if it will take more years, because there is no credibility, and no attempt to build it. Same old phone games, commercial blogger double-talk, etc.
