Nope. Have to read the facts and understand them. The case was filed BEFORE this was initially filed. The case is all about Arthrex, unless you believe One LLP and LQMT are committing perjury by withholding material facts. So, since an elite IP firm is probably not interested in getting their law firm partners or associates disbarred, that "theory" is FALSE.
