Yes I knew about the vote...and yes the whole sector is up....but volume on acb is not indicative of vote???????????????????????????????

That's not entirely accurate.

The House Judiciary Committee passed the Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment and Expungement (MORE) Act in a 24-10 vote.

It has not reached the floor of the House of Representatives yet for full vote. Debate on the House level is not yet scheduled. After the House debate a full vote needs to take place in the House.

Then the bill would go to the Senate where they would do the same thing. In general this results in a different bill and then the two parts of Congress (House and Senate) would need to reconcile the bill before it goes to the President for signature or veto.

There is still a long way to go.
