Update on OTC application to allow CBTC to provide current disclosures to remove the “Stop Sign”. This is a four step process.
Step 1 Submit Order form to update Corp officers and verify/authorize Transfer Agent. Status: Filed 11-15-19, OTC processed payment on 11-21-19.
Step 2 Subscribe to OTC Disclosure service. Status: Applied 11-15-19. OTC has not processed payment yet.
Step 3 Upon OTC acceptance of Step 2, CBTC will be allowed to file current disclosures.
Step 4 After current disclosures, CBTC’s attorney submits Attorney Letter regarding financial statements. OTC states 3-5 day process times on each action submitted to them subject to their review for additional info. CBTC has provided all info requested to date,waiting on OTC.
CBTC re investor messages/questions.
1. CBTC tweets/PR on completed material actions and does not “update” while waiting on regulatory processing. Review website for company’s business overview.
2. CBTC’s focus is bringing filings current to remove Stop Sign on OTC.
3. Stock price movement: CBTC has no control of traders blindly speculating in our “Stop Sign” status stock. Company insiders can not and have not sold any stock. Minority merger shareholders have not received any stock yet so unable to sell.
4. CBTC cannot give personalized responses/insider info to messages, BUT, we read all of them and, when appropriate, we answer in tweet/PR or updates on our website.
5. Attorney letter to OTC is two steps, A: our attorney submits a signed Attorney Agreement Letter to OTC (filed prev) agreeing to document review and duties. B: submit Attorney letter following CBTC filings.
6. Once CBTC is Pink, our focus will shift to raising funding to implement our growth plan and will update on that progress as it occurs. We thank all of our investors for their patience during this process of getting the foundation done right.
