Deadlines don't mean anything to VEND. Just like contractual agreements, laws/regulations, paying employees, refund terms, delivery dates commitments, etc. The list is almost infinite.
You probably know better than I do, but this is the third late beyond the extended due date within 2 years. Don't they get knocked down to the pink sheets for that or something?
