Umm, what the heck was amazing about it? Bare minimum $ spent on exploration... scads of preferred stock issuances...maxed o/s. Clearly the new fellas are using it a source of enrichment. Betcha they won't be doling out any of their own funds for exploration.

Wonder if they will ever even drop a drill?
