Easy fella,, Apparently this is one of your first rodeos ..Think about it for a minute ,, There are plenty of traders holding their shares at 30-40 cents ,, The mm's pushed this down to load up . Now we deal with the 3-6 tick flippers , then we will see PPS soar past 44 cents .. This is a typical cycle on many OTC stocks .. Know when to hold em . and know when to fold em.. and most of all do not ever trade on emotions ....

According to the last Q the company only has 29.9% voting rights. By law they need to have a vote to increase AS! No vote included in last proxy statement for this shareholder meeting. Still waiting on your response!!!???......
