I would question if Dr. M was a PhD and German if he was't strongly confident in his approach

However, that said, he's a Bavarian, not a Prussian, and has come across to me as not arrogant or deceitful, just confident. It's just that people keep insisting on extremely hard deadlines for a process that is by its very nature not amenable to such thing.

So if he gives you at date, half the people are ready to lynch him if he doesn't land it exactly. If he did not give a date, the same would criticize him as being opague.

I think Dr M tries to give his best estimate of time, with the provision that he doesnt' control what the FDA or Austrailian or EU authorities will ask for. In fact, I think Australia asking for Rett and PDD trials clearly slowed progress this year but untimately could lead to a blanket approval for CNS, which is a good thing.

Dr. M had a clear view ahead for Rett, so I would expect him to hit the March 31, 2020 date to conclude the trial. While waiting is not fun, that is not far away

So saying "Either pure arrogance or deceit." is pure unadulterated rubbish.
