There is no evidence that targets are "routinely" delayed, though it might somehow be reassuring to think that is so. The fact is that there is a pattern of behavior that we have seen repeatedly under Missling's leadership: Dangling the proverbial carrot in front of investors to get and keep them excited; repeatedly, publicly and confidently stating milestones and then missing the milestones with no explanation or lame excuses. What we have seen in the last day or so is not a delay in a single trial, but delays in all three current trial programs. If you are right that the delay is for the sake of better science, then you are admitting that the science is deficient as it stands today. And if the delay is due to unforeseen (and undefined) circumstances, as you stated, then what could possibly be the unforeseen circumstances that would delay several trials in three different programs simultaneously? Both scenarios you painted suggest something is dreadfully wrong.
