PAST CLASS 18 according to HOSEN THERE AINT NO MONEY and one would THUNK the UW's would be very eager to move to CLASS 18 UNLESS THEIR INTEREST IS NOT what is IN THE BK CASE but are more concerned with what IS OUTSIDE in the form of residuals that MAY RETURN after the BK is closed! K-MART


I would have already approached the court and would have already proposed my willingness to be moved back to CLASS 18 to aide the court in getting the BK CASE CLOSED!

Especially since I had already been denied any claim in CLass 18 in either POR6 or POR 7.

Not understanding why this is so hard to understand............ And why isn't HOSEN pushing for the same thing as well?
