Lol. You think that 1.1 million went into Henry’s pocket? Lmao. Accredited investors pocketed that money. Not Henry. That money went Into the Lux fund which we will have verified very very soon along with the second mortgage Henry took out.
Oh and he also took years worth of salary into restricted PHIL shares at .02,.03 just like some retail holders here.
