I will be surprised if they don't file. As you said, FINRA did eventually approve Glendale's Form 211 sponsorship and normal trading has resumed so one would think they don't want any non compliance straight out of the gate.

the real trouble only begins if like the last time--the 10q is not out by nov 21st am at the absolute latest---last time they did nt seem to care --no 8k even until it was like 2 weeks late--so time will tell--e
