you have to understand the actually "free float" is much less when you take into account that there are people that hold LOTS of shares. So it's going to trade much thinner and be much easier than you think to tackle a penny.

I don't know what you think is big but the dollar volume is nothing compared to what it will be when more details about the merger are released. the share structure and market cap here is nothing compared to the price to come imo
