It should have been out today.

Either it’s going to be pre-trading hours, or we’re getting an 8k explaining why they can’t get their act together.

Frankly, I’m not impressed. The first delay made sense in light of the accounting issues. What’s the reasoning for this delay?

We’ll see if they get it out tomorrow morning. Messing around with filings right after getting off the greys isn’t a good look.
