You are 100% correct.....The wording that was use is lawyers jargon which at times is always mis-leading....They all cancel all who have been paid which includes piers......

if this was your big secret....I am sad...I was looking for something big.....charges against hosen or this bk actually being investigated for fraud.......

Most of the people on this message board is putting a lot of hope in what you are saying concerning the $$ that will flow to escrow. I sure hope you are right about what you are saying. Based on your messages posted when JMW signs on the dotted line in December the $$ should start flowing immediately since they (whoever it is) have been waiting for that green light for a long time, which is JMW signature. A few have been making assumptions of the $$ based on documents of the past but there has not been one (1) current document that states what is flowing and when. With the billions being talked about it seems to me there should be current evidence.
