It’s important to comprehend that all the previous low margin distribution deals were limited to just Canada, a country 1/10 the size of the US. Now they’re looking to expand into the US market not only with their five self published high margin products, but also for these distribution deals, hence the acquisition/merger that’s being negotiated.... and the five high margin self publish titles will be sold worldwide, which is already taking place per the many new retailers popping up in countries outside of North America

Canada was just the proving grounds, the next stage of their growth will be much more exciting
