Sharinky, I agree with the need to make this available to the masses and it will be once the label is expanded. Medicare part D and others that don’t have V on their formulary currently or have it on high tiering is because there is a generic substitute available for the current indication of very high trigs > 499. That will no longer be the case once we get an expanded label and all formularies will have to change to include Vascepa as a preferred brand medication, including Medicare. IMO.
