Yes not a fan of FUNN's consolidated statement profile either. Better to have more details so shareholders and public can actually see financial performance for each area. This is almost like hide and seek financials. Not clear Not transparent.
Franchising can only be done if there is capable[responsible] Financial institutions to back the added locations plus Franchise Owners have to chip in a certain Percentage.
I do not think there is an actual LAW in effect that deny's Snakes and Lattes Franchising.
