Europe did not get their retail version of KTU shipments. The 2 links for 2 European retailers were selling the Kickstarter version; so, obviously they were part of the Morning KTU Kickstarter Campaign that ran from 11/21/17-12/21/17

The retail version of KTU is not available in any country.
