AZCowboy, please clarify, where do the distributions come into play for escrows if they are not the "Relevant Beneficiaries" Rosen referred to? Is it solely from "Safe Harbor"?

AZCowboy The funny thanggggg about people is when they get started in reading court filings and docs they tend to tire of them because of the length/amount of pages to go through, When this 22 to 19 happened some time ago I copied and paste a legal paper that said In BK 11 if the parties in charge agree it does not have to ask the Judge for it’s ok (in so many words) Now I’m not going to look for that post but it’s here,there,somewhere lol
One thangggg I am not a fan of is not holding/storing the files for only one year after final payments made by LT
