Hopefully, we get a settlement announcement from this UWBKQ by 12/3. I cannot imagine the FDIC allowing this to be discussed starting on 12/03/2019 at the (SCOTUS) Supreme Court of the United States.

Definitely we need to go this Route with this Law Firm IF "F&R" Recoveries don't materialize in our Accounts on the BKs Close...

It will be most interesting to see an actual opinion, IMO the FDIC will lose and United Western Bancorp Inc. will prevail. I'm of the belief that the actions on the LT and the Underwriters have voided our RELEASES. Nothing would make me happier than to file an action against the LT, TAB,Kosturos and Smith.
