remember a comprehensive pr was stated by roger to follow the fins. if both years are audited & first qtr released the stop sign comes off immediately. this will affect the pr timing imo. (the one roger is tweeting about now might be a smaller one if 2019 isn't audited or the comprehensive one if both years are audited.
