IMHO the only change that was ever done was, done from the original CUSIP # to the nomenclature that the individual houses gave for all P K U's.

Since that time I have seen NO CHANGE of numbers except 1!!!!!!!!!
That being the interest rate on the P's

WHY DID THE P interest % change from 7.50% to 6.895%

Please someone splain to this dumb OKIE why you would change a interest % amount to be paid on an issue if that issue will receive no interest.
