ERGO.OB more notes/correction.

Disregard the recent qtr loss. That was old notes from q2. Q3 actually showed small profit, which makes it look even better imo.

Also, BV = 1.85 after adjusting for Preferred stock.

There has only been preliminary proxies so far. Still waiting on Definitive Proxy.
