No different then any other company out there that gives stock incentives! If it’s wrong here then it must also be wrong with any other company out there as well!
Also in reading the filing it also says a salary, bonus AND only after the commencement of public trading of stock will he be issued this shares over a 3 year period after the commencement of it being traded!
So again, he isn’t getting paid in stock but getting a stock bonus is what I would call it. He is getting a salary!
