Interesting because that is company many argue makes deceiving individuals into investing into the enterprise only for the interests of management and the people investing to prove to be way out of alignment and yet Herbalife only ever gets dinged with minor violations and stays just within the law despite some evidence a lot of ordinary people are getting hurt. Herbalife too was heavily shorted by those trying to stop the alleged behavior, but to no avail.
