Indeed. BO by AMGN for $110.00 per share. Or, hold the AMGN shares.

Never turn down profits, yes?

Bottom Line: would be forced to take the AMGN shares on the BO. However, would prefer for AMRN to not accept BO and partner Europe & ROW. Plus, a separate partner for USA if is logistically required.

AMRN can be the next AMGN.

I would rather have one share of AMGN and have two shares of Amarin show up in my box...

Actually I would rather have one share of Amarin than one share of AMGN over the long haul...NO SALE for me..
