Your info is incorrect as it alludes to insider trading and your facts around more shares issued is also incorrect.

While the company status is not current the shares notes are frozen. That is how it works.

Once current that means funds are active and I’m sure if Henry came into the millions upon millions those notes would be cleared out quickly.

I will take my chances that something is in the works and the 2’s will fall. Just like you can choose to say it’s a big pile. That is how it works.
