GRNF is a Nevada corporation, not bound by Washington law.

I’m not sure that is the case. The way I read that LLC TO INC Seemed to apply for individual LLC and not a whole portfolio that is a basket mixed with both existing LLC and INC’s.

I think someone took that clause about LLC’s out of context.
Plus the GRN Holding was set up in Nevada and not Washington.
And if you notice over the past year things have been taken out of the portfolio.

I think that info surfaced out of that GRNFAQ shareholder site listed in the IBOX that has had bad info it itmore than once - including listing those pumped up Costello related companies that have since been pulled.

Federal law supersedes state law - so quoting anything about Washington state law is meaningless.

Plus, as EO pointed out - GRN Holding Corp is domiciled in Nevada not Washington.

I love how Costello is the President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director - no red flags there.

It seems there is a problem with the Costello filings.
