I have never seen anything referencing the LIBOR issue in the GSA have you? It wasn't' even known about at the time, so imho not part of their deal!

And once ya sell or in this case buy the house, ya don't get overs do you to re write the purchase contract!

The taxes were one this but that was negotiated in the GSA, but not libor


Also we always talk about RETAIN % of INTERESTS in the MBS's, so I thought ya might enjoy reading this provided by DMDM
