Dwyers private company is leasing the machines from gcgx... the only way it would be illegal is if the money from the oils was going into gcgx who has no licenses. Well planned Scam by Dwyer, rent space in a warehouse, put machines in to make it appear gcgx is going to manufacture oils then lease everything out to his private company and basically cut gcgx investors out so he and his crew can pocket the money...
