Yeah, I am not sure what to think about this other "entity".

What I am interested in is this statement: "Upcoming details of this transaction and other salient commentary will be available and shared via this platform starting with a conference call with Q&A submissions aimed for next week.".

If this really happens I can't wait to hear the Fourth of July fireworks coming from the shareholders in that discussion forum.

It is a scheme, don't fall for it. Need the attorney to put out a legal position on the viability of the recovery and future recoveries.

Atty hasn't done crap on it and he's had the case for months! Probably knows it's a dud case.

Absolutely. I welcome anyone to challenge me on this, but I simply don't understand why as a shareholder, I have to transfer my shares to an entirely new entity in order to benefit from that portion of the business. I should be able to keep my shares where they are now and benefit from BOTH the operational and non-operational (lawsuit) aspects of the company.

Hopefully Daniel can better explain it on the CC and ease concerns, but given the beating shareholders have already taken this year, the optics just don't look good.

not a fan of this either. seems super shitty. hey we promised to go get all this money in a lawsuit and shareholders will benefit but now we are splitting into two divisions and you can decide if you want to follow the law suit or go for our business making revenue. When before we thought this one company and stock was both of those. I'm done with this company, they are clowns. That is not how you treat your shareholders. That being said i'm not selling my shares as I'm hoping it can rebound and I can get my money back at some point but I'm not wasting any more energy or money here. hopefully a pump comes later so I can get out of this mess.
