Ben was always in charge of the audit. It’s his baby, he has the working knowledge. And it’s the reason along with morning’s acquisition it’s taking so long. He didn’t take over oversight midway through LMAO

CEOS DON’T DO AUDITS.

You make it sound like Ben took over the audit recently. We don't know that. Maybe it was under his supervision since early on, knowing that most of the transactions had to do with S&L. At least is what makes the most sense to me, but that would be an assumption...not a fact.

That is a false narrative. There is no 'Take Over' the audit. Just like ANY audit, you will have subject matter experts for certain areas. Ben simply serves as the subject matter expert for the Snakes areas. Snakes is the majority of the operations and revenues, ergo Ben is needed for a lot of referencing prior to the time we had the new accounting upscaled systems in place.

Very straightforward, very simple from the 'Who is needed for what area' in an audit.

The audit will complete
The company will move forward from it
And continue to grow and scale
just like it has
for the past 3 years
