That would delay things for many months, with 4 RA’s especially, and it sounds like and is not uncommon to be able to do calls with the RA’s on an informal basis if necessary. Much easier. Sounds like they were doing that...from chatter, but i don’t assume anything i’ve read here is all that accurate without a link to first hand real info.
But it is common to have calls and discuss comments or questions with a regulator if that will be helpful. Frequently the comment or question is quite clear however.
