Same here and I am running it on 2 computers. Both went out at the same time.

I am using FDA LIVE ($250) as I wasn't aware of the free service...and it has been a total disappointment - no split-screen during entire meeting and now my audio is cutting off for the public speakers. Also they are not answering phone and will not return phone calls which went to voicemail.
