Do they really have so much left to discuss that they'll need 3 hrs (2-5) to get to the vote? The agenda says starting at 2:15 until 5 they will cover "Questions to the Committee/Committee Discussion", not much controversy to discuss, should only be about the label - assuming the FDA squashes the MO crap that Konstam seems stuck on.
