Your communication is consistent with my information. The DTC chill is off but brokers place their own restrictions. They say this is to protect their clients but I believe it is to protect the brokerage.

This is one of t he important reasons KK has to live up to his pledge to get the filings up-to-date. More brokerages will allow electronic trading thus increasing both the desirability of GERS and increase its marketability.

Schwab has been excellent and is cheaper than AmeriTrade.

With the following link, Schwab will give you between $100-$500 cash for funding the account. I could go into details about First National Bank of Omaha and TD Ameritrade Bank's relationship. But basically, these banks have $10's of millions in loans with several defendants. Cardinal Ethanol, Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy and others. At one point, a member of the bank's board of directors was affiliated with lead defendant ICM.
